Do You Carry Liability Insurance?
General liability insurance covers your property, which is something all homeowners want to ensure their contractor has. If a contractor accidently destroys your roof or home during the process, you need to be covered.

What is the Warranty on my New Roof?
A warranty is an important selling point for many. As a homeowner, you want to have at least a 25-year warranty on your new roof from a contractor. Without a warranty, you are liable to pay for repairs or new work if it was done incorrectly.
